At times, payments can be processed incorrectly. If you’ve noticed multiple charges on your statements for a single transaction, this guide will direct you to the correct channels.

Duplicate charges can be addressed for

  • Apple customers with an iPhone or iPad

  • Android customers with a phone or tablet

For either device, please follow the sections below.

Apple Customers with an iPhone or iPad

If you’ve noticed duplicate charges after paying through the App Store, Apple will be able to process your refund request. As developers, we offer a guide to Finding your Apple App Store Receipt, which you will need for Contacting the Apple App Store and starting the refund process.

Android Customers with a Smartphone or Tablet

If you’ve noticed duplicate charges after paying through the Google Play Store, Google will be able to process your refund if it’s requested within 48 hours of the in-game purchase.

Google Play or Android customers must make a request to the Google Play Store within 48 hours of the purchase.
