How to use Slug It Out 2 developer builds

For general use, the only field in the bootup developer menu that we will use is ‘Save Profile’. By default, it will use the last save on the device (if any).

To create a new account, tap Save Profile and select StartAfterTutorial
If you have an account you want to keep using, keep UseExistingSave selected

Front End Dev Controls

On the front end, tap the DBG icon in the lower left screen. That will bring up the debug menu.

For the playtest, the only fields that you will need to use are the 3 currency buttons, and the Add New Slug button, highlighted above.

How to add currency or slugs

For currency, tap on any of the three amounts to add to your current profile
For slugs, tap Add New Slug, a submenu will open to the right. Scroll through the list and tap on any Slug you want to test.

How to adjust slug levels

After adding the slug you want, exit the DBG/debug menu
Tap on the slug you wish to level, then tap on its hour-glass symbol to inspect
There are 4 debug options at the top of the slug UI, shown below. Tap +5 to add 5 levels, +1 to add 1 level, or +XP to add half of a level

Battle Map Dev Controls

While on the battle map, the user can tap ‘Beat’ to complete the next encounter, or ‘DBG’ to open additional map options (Like unlock all levels)

Combat Dev Controls

While in combat, a user can tap ‘DBG’ to open battle debug options. For the playtest, try to avoid using any of these
